Hey I'm not knocking any soldier at anytime. I'm stating that this military at this time in history isn't the bad guys now.
I'm a history buff and I know a lot about Vietnam and I know quite a few guys that were in it.

Those guys came back from fighting a war that they weren't able to win because of the politics of the time . They had to keep giving back territory that they had taken and all that mattered were body counts.

They had to go into villages and didn't know if they were Charlie / Vietcong or a simple villager so they had to be on guard at all times.
They had their kids run up to them with grenades and blow them up. It was crazy and the guys came back and were called baby killers.

It took the country decades to except that our guys were heroes when they were the entire time doing what they were told to do.

So no I'm not knocking our Military. I never have and never will ... war is hell and it's ugly but sometimes it just has to happen.

Can I suggest that you all take a deep breathe and have another look at the threads? Being caught up in the issue does not always make for sober judgment!

This whole issue has gotten so far outta control, its just pathetic now...i hope this can be the end of anymore truly distasteful rhetoric from both sides...i love to trash talk my enemies, but i try to do it in a comical way. As for racial slurs that any NI members have made, I as an officer in NI apologize for the lack of judgement on our members part. There have been orders given that that type of trash talk will not be tolerated, those members that were responsible have been issued warnings...as for the red highlighted stuff about krauzens job, I'm not positive but i think herc believes k works in a lawyers office... Ive heard that mentioned a few times. Still, verbally attacking a player by using their infant as ammo should be beneath anyone in either legion, there is no dignity, no honor, and no excuse for it. I would think that as adults we would all know where the line should be drawn, telling someone that their mamas so fat her bathtubs got stretch marks is funny and may sting a bit for the sensitive types out there w/fat mothers, but certainly isn't over the line.

This game is infuriating at times, but its just a game...

Normally I would just delete the thread but there is a lot of legion in this thread. I am checking with the boss on what to do.

Thanks.. Enjoy the PVPing farming out the badges. I cannot wait for legion vs legion war system along with starbase!! That might put GL into best PVP FB game. I love team-effort type of any system.. Leveling up starbase along with new research trees to add new modules to it involving lot of complex parts contributed by members along with new-legion only missions that grant legion-only resources to build parts for starbase.. I can finally stop treating Exotica as our temporary starbase placeholder lol.

WOW...those new things sound great will...any idea when we can expect those changes to happen?

I have a question for the Dysonians -

has anyone tried to capture Exotica recently? Has anyone been even marginally successful by warping all the guards off and just pummeling the hell out of it and going for an invasion on a wing and a prayer? Or is the world, truly and effectively unbeatable?

The guards can't be warped away, because it is immune to artifacts, which means anybody would need to fight through all of them and their traps.

So, a coordinated attack by fifty or so level 400+ players each with an open planet slot, just might do it. Ergo it's impregnable.

That is kind of the point....

i found one of deaths exoticas when i was lvl 70 ages ago but u gotta be pretty much wanna make a death wish for attacking it, the planet itself can kill me in 2 hits and not to mention i would have to beat the 3 defenders lmao

Again there is only one exotica and it is an exotic world. It is one that everyone can see from a mission they do. Also like it was said above you can not warp the guards away from the world since it is all ways protected from artifacts.

Yeah. I had Exotica attacked on daily basis by curious suicide bombers for months already that I had gotten used to see the message over and over again. Lol. Recent attack/defense structure upgrades had made Exotica much harder to be captured.. We are now longest ruler of Exotica in GL history... We haven't encountered a coordinated attack on Exotica by any enemy AT ALL since I first captured it solo by foolish owner who put most production structures on it in first place that gave me so much easier time to invade and won...

I was about a day behind you in trying to attack it. had it on my scans for roughly 2 months before I tried to take, just to see that it was taken by you Noc.
