Try IOU Titans of Navarone, it's Level 6 research base. I'm not sure how much it makes daily but last time I was there it made something like 48k research daily.
I'm from Crusaders of Navarone.

IOU is often full... I think Imminent Genesis is also lv6 research.

the main prob is unlike the Arti legions non of the res bases post their approx research daily haul its like sure you're lvl 5 or 6 butit could still be the same or less haulage its like the res bases are afraid to post what members recieve daily nore do they keep it uptodate  if they do _________________ Cry Havok and let slip the Dogs of War

darky do the base research rely on those 2 races so much to the extent that a base can't even get an approximation ?

in fact they do. if most of the vygoids switch race or jump to an arti legion or go inactive, the effect of the buff goes down a pretty good amount. But yes, you could make an estimation, would it be accurate?

Vygoid Genome is a lvl 6 Research base, I personally can't give an estimate of how much we get daily at the moment though.
