You could up the difficulty. Also, it seems as though you rushed through the main story line, that's probably why it wasn't hard. Explore the Capital Wasteland a little bit. I mean, did you ever meet Harold or Uncle Leo? How about the ghouls in Underworld? There's a lot more to that game than just the main story line.

And unlike Oblivion, getting your skills up did not just require swimming into a wall or sneak walking into a wall. You actually had to do stuff and level.

well ofc i played the story line the long way i made a good guy a bad guy and a guy to seehow low of a lvl it would take to win the game and i played it almost on the hardest.

im pretty sure they have stated many times that Pa is to create anarchy in another legions by coordinated strikes n such.

But focus goes against the principles or anarchism. The idea of anarchy is that we lose focus on everything but ourselves as we save ourselves from the chaos that ensues.
