What is the highest level research legion

 Has anyone brought their base to lvl 7? lvl 8? Which legion's base outputs the most RP?

theres a few lvl 6's. thats it.

Gypsy is a good leader. I'm currently vacationing there and like the dynamic and morale his legion has. Was just curious if anyone had been able to make it past the lvl 6 threshold.

Ah, the side thought of the Imperium War College... Never been hideously fond of research legions but sometimes it doesn't hurt to give people what they want.
