Q-Pedds?

 So I saw the news info about the Q-Pedds, I'm guessing a Valentines day event. Anyways, I've been killing npc science ships all day, and haven't found anything. Am I missing something?

They may just take a while I have only gotten three out of about 200 kills.

No modules though? I only kill the special ones if they're easy, and/or if they drop a module.

I have dropped 6500 energy today looking for a Q-Pedd and have not come across a single one. I got a T.O. Troop Carrier and no Q-Pedd. There is rare and there is this. Ridiculous.
