I have decided to give The Unknown a try, hoping to be a great stay there. The reason I can't join We Don't Exist and The Sith Lords because of Rigor and Shadow, both being a rival of mine. Both legions (WDE & TSL) has my approval ever since I've joined them. The New Order is a great legion also, I've joined the legion when I was a newbie and scanned my first ever Dyson  . The Knights Who Say Ni is also a great choice for players, very active and has great leadership. Sorry for those legions I haven't visited (Anomaly, Imminent Cataclysm, Home One, The New Order, Talon Company, Subspace Alpha).
