Hmmm, That actually gives me an idea. What about an NPC with scan and if your cloak is too low then it can see you coming. A semi decent use of cloak in NPCing.

Yep, i did check first, but it still doesnt tell me how much scan or cloak i need. I alawys check the wiki first, then come to the forums when my answer cant be found, witch i did, and only received sarcasm lol. Anyway, it still made me chuckle anyhow!

I gave you the answer in the second post of the thread.
You do not need any cloak to find any NPCs.
You need an equal or greater amount of scan compared to an NPC's cloak in order to find it (ex: 2,000 cloak requires 2,000+ scan to find).

Is it me are the people in here really jerks. When you get the scan set... don't expect to find it. Keep NPCing. It will show up eventually.
