Try anomaly they're a lvl 6 arti base with a touch of res
they share plenty of leet npc's i think there were about 8-10 shared yesterday
they do plenty of base raids so you get 2-3 happening each day
they've a good core of players and are looking to expand and maintain that core
they've a decent chat group

and they are rather helpful

The Terranian Armada is still looking for new members. We are, and always will be, immensly active and fun to be with! However, we are also evolving quite quickly right now. Our base is a level six base which pumps out a good 50k+ artifacts per day and is buffed up to glory with over twenty fixers making it a pain for anyone to kill.

Also, with this reform, we are currently taking out three level 5+ bases a day and so far without fail. Our members are steadily growing still and we have competitions during which we give away planets, artifacts, and CTP that we started this month. It would be an awesome idea to join us now while we have the room because we are really starting to grow and members don't seem to want to leave right now.

Stargate Operatons is always looking for a few good pilots. Level 6 arti base with research on the side, 2-3 level three bases weekdays and weekends we go for level fives with our small but growing battle pact. Lots of elites, in part due to a growing corps of auto-rankers. We have several sabs for those important real estate deals, and high rankers to help with artis and the occasional cash infusion.
And, we have toast.

You'd be more than welcome at the Invisible Storm. We're a top-100 legion, with a level 5 artifact base that is more than half way to level 6. We have a very good strength:rank ratio as a legion, due to the fact that we already have quite a lot of PvPers among our midst, though very few have as many kills as you do. delta surfers would love to have you! we have a level 6 base that produces over 55k artifact points a day! it also has a CT lab wth 13 discoveries. we're a lighthearted legion with ranks ranging from 14 all the way up to 720! so nomatter where you are in the game youll never be alone without somebody to help with that elite and youll always have somebody higher ranked to help you with artifacts or credits. i hope to see you soon!

I second to recommendation to The Sith Lords if your looking for a lv 6 base with an Artifact payout.

However if your looking to lead, i could a few more good officers in The Sith Acolytes to help me train the new recruits how to be as awesome as you. 25k RP and 8k AP per day, lv 5 Base, somewhat close to lv 6.

I second shortysparkle heres more more info to get you to join Terranian Armada: We have a level 6 base puting out both research and artifact, we give out artifacts, planets,credits,and have monthy contests to win nice planets! We have lots of npcs that get alerted daily, and we hit between 3-4 bases daily....so come join in on the fun or you will miss out!!

I second this. A lot of players around your rank range, meaning more npcs alerted around your range, great ship and battle pacts. Leaders/Officers willing to help you improve/learn new things as a PvPer. TSL is a great PvP legion to be apart of (from my experience since I myself is a PvPer).

If for some unknown reason you turn down the last offer, come join the abyss--level 6 base artifacts.
