We are not at war. Just a potential legion alert issue.

However, I will make it known that if you are attacked first and get alerted, saying bad things on my comm will not get me to help you.

For those that do not know ROO's policy is that if some one starts the fight, they are not allowed to alert. I DO take violations like that seriously. But if you come to me making threats vice trying to talk, I will personally disable you.

That isn't a glitch, it's the rolling reset on counters going negative. Every action that either increases or decreases a counter gets un-counted 24 hours later, so if you've been hit more recently than you've done the hitting, it can go negative temporarily.

Example: Say someone were to hack me, increasing all 3 of their counters by one (4, 6, 6), and then I log on 2 hours later and retaliate by disabling, then raiding 6 times (3, 0, 6). Assuming i used manips to get off all my raids at once, in another 22 hours their initial hack will wear off, putting them at (2, -1, 5). 2 hours later, my disable and raids will wear off, and they'll return to (3, 5, 5).
