I'm English. We don't get much, but I've seen plenty of incest/dental record jokes aimed at us. I just laugh at the short-sightedness, and misinformation of the person on the other end... although, our royalty DOES have some questionably marrying habits, so does most of Europe with a monarchy... mostly cousins, because they're all 1st or second cousins anyways.
