Nothing really jumps out at me. You are nearing the point where your most significant (and really only) improvements will be from aritfacts. Throw on some max hull/shields and quasis if you are from the camp who thinks they are worth the upkeep, and the rest will just be time and arti production.

im mostly laying low these days ive gotten the raid medal i was immediately after and dont have any need to attack people aside from the need to lock 1 base a day

fair enough mate, but there is no question unless you had like 1k hull(which i know it will be about 50 times that i'd guess ) then i wouldn't stand a chance against you lol
