your hull is really bad. you need to concentrate on that alot. get 3/3 nexus and get all 5 platings for it at the least.
also get your attack and defence up more. if you have at least 50 scan you can see T.O troop carriers btw. cloak makes it more likely less can see you on the battle tab.
but I would go for more hull. put it this way. It would cost me 25 energy to take 5 shots to take you down and the pure reason for that is your ship size saving you (in-case you didn't know ship size / by 2 = max someone can hit you for.......so 223 damage per hit on you max.)

First. You hull is bad. Really bad. Really really reeeeaaaaally bad. As was already mentioned, you can be 5 hit killed. That's not good. You have relatively few decks, which means you don't have a huge need for defense. Without knowing what you have installed, it's kind of hard to go into specifics, but drop your defense down to probably around 500, and then bring your hull up. Right up. A good target would be 5k for now.
Energy looks okay.
It's a nice idea to have 50 scan for T.O. Troop Carriers, but by no means a be-all and end-all.
Your productions are pretty awful. Don't take anything that produces less than a VL/R. Feel free to take Av/ERs and Small/MR for artifact only. Take any defenses off of anything producing less than 120, and research your structures up to +8s. That could take you a while, so make sure you take some good research planets in the between times. Your mining should be fine, by the way. Just treble your artifact and research for now.
With research, first finish Nexus Grids, (get those online). Then do planetary structures until you have all 3 tiers of Gravshell Construction. If you have open planet slots, do some sensor research afterwards. Once your slots are filled, and you have good production structures, then you can look at improving your ship. You weapons are badly behind, as are your hulls and your defenses. Researching Deep Core Neutronium Armor would be my first call, and then go through Micro Singularities right through to Antimatter Streams. Complete all 3 tiers of that. Then you can work on defense, which you shouldn't be installing much of.
As your decks are so low, it's important to install only efficient modules. Post your module list if you want help with this, but work out the efficiency of your researched modules for each area, then uninstall any other modules that fall below it.
Combat-wise, you're going to suffer. As already mentioned (several times now), your hull is horrific. Your attack is mediocre, and your defense is useless due to your hull. Getting these up would allow you to gather the battle market modules (notably the Dominion Cannon Mk3s and the Protean Armories), as well as making things like Akulan entities much, much easier. If you're not into PvP, I wouldn't worry about it too much, but it's worth keeping your attack and hull up (with enough defense to prevent NPCs from dealing too much damage) so that you can kill random T.O. Troop Carrier Spawns, etc. as well as mission NPCs, and limited time NPCs.
Hacking you're not going to be able to at all well at. Just saying.
If missions are your thing, some more energy wouldn't hurt.
