Where to start? Firstly, you have a rather glaringly low hull. Mine is nearly thrice that, and I'm only 233. To combat this, I'd focus on getting Protean Armories and other, NPC modules.

You have a good amount of energy, with a nice recharge rate. I wouldn't be too concerned about this for a while, as you should be able to ride off of what you have for now.

As far as scanning is concerned, I would get/install a single Stryll Hunt Sensor. That will enable you to see random TO Troop Carrier spawns, as well as save 5 energy buffing whilst NPCing. Not a big change, but it's worthwhile.

Looking at your race/profession I'd go Kronyn Builder --> Kronyn Excavator. Once again, it's a relatively small change, and one you could easily not do, but the extra AP boost really helps, and you shouldn't really need builder.

Onto defence. Whilst this may sound an odd change to some people, I'd uninstall several of your modules - namely the Kronyn Anomaly Engines, BM50 Convoys, and T.O. Harmonic Gigapulsers. Replace these by filling the decks with researched defences. The BM50s are less efficient than the Energy Nullifiers, as are the Kronyn Anomaly Engines (aside from the cloak bonus, which is small and amounts to little on its own). The T.O. Harmonic Gigapulsers, whilst not defences, are offering you no bonuses at all. You hear me? At all. You should free 132 decks if I remember all the sizes correctly, so it'll only be a few more decks before you have the maximum number of Energy Nullifiers. Feel free the leave the BM50s online whilst you gather the additional decks.

On an additional note, get the last Null Ray.

What're your productions like?

Summary of Changes:
Raise hull through Protean Armories and NPC modules
Kronyn Builder --> Kronyn Excavator
Inefficient Defence Modules (5:1 or less) --> Energy Nullifiers
Get last Null Ray.

NEVER go builder. trust me.

you need more defence and attack including more hull. MUCH more hull. double it.

get rid of all that -
Surge Plexus
Silthion T-Plasma Hub
Kronyn Anomaly Engine x4
BM50 Convoy Shuttle x3

replace with - BETTER HULL, HULL MODS, MORE HULL RES!!!!
(and get Energy Nullifiers aim for 4) first off get last null

npc mods. get all of them. your missing quite a few.

when you have so little attack you would find better use of 20 space 5% aint doing much....+ it's not even base attack only npc wait until higher level and more attack. (when you go on npc run put em on when you get better attack)

The Hub should definitely stay. The plexus could be swapped on/off for NPCing. The boost does make a difference though.

that said, at rank 216, my hull is at 10409, so you still have a ways to go.

i dunno if i would keep adding decks tho ... you're getting close to max MSB build ...

I have, Perfect Syncopated Plating, there isnt anything higher...
Arti production is getting hard to increase, no planets get shared, research time is putting me off, i cant go on scan blitz anytime soon
I might go fixer at a later time when i feel i could handle the double upkeep..

Didn't see the perfect syncopated part (I was looking at your first post)

For planets, either buy from the forums (NPC a lot to get CTP) or research more scanners. Or you could do the purger mission. Again, lots of ways...

Also, Kalvium fortifieds.
