Level 5 base constructions have been completed, Extensions have been made in the 4th, 11th, and 35th decks to allow for defense redundancies. Additional bulkhead have been constructed to allow for more cannons. Stage 6 construction has gotten underway.
Base holds the last intact artifact vault of what is left of the Alanian sector. The Defenders of RallTiir share the artifacts equally, as no one member is intrinsically more valuable than any other.

We have 9 open docks, sadly we have lost some of our brothers and sisters in the struggle.

Defenders are seeking Trade pacts only, Basing groups are being looked into but Trade pacts are all we require at the moment.

Currently up to 21 members , and after only 1 day that's better than I had hoped for. We will be doin a month long recruitment drive coming up and the prizes are... nice
