If a base is disabled, can it still be locked if the officers/leaders do not repair it? I heard that if the base remains at 0 hull then it cannot be locked for another week (after which it auto-repairs). Is this true?

It auto repair after 24 hours the base gains 10 hull and therefore is not disabled and can be found and disabled again.

What about if the base is at a negative hull when it is disabled? It happens sometimes when many people are attacking at once. For example, if the base is at -100 hull would it still go to 10 hull after 24 hours?

So keeping your base disabled after it has been taken down to preventing it from being scanned doesn't actually work?
