What do you call a normal planet to find? and at what ranks do you find them at? Because our leader told me he has a Dyson planet (What ever that is) He is a rank 41 and I see all these worth less planets. And I found a "Very Large Oceanic Planet" and I am at rank 13. So tell me what do you call a normal planet to find? Thank you for reading have a good day.

I'd say a 'typical' find is something like an Average Volcanic planet with Abundant minerals and Extremely Sparse everything else. Which is pretty much crap.

Look for planets that are Large sized or bigger, with a resource that's Abundant, Rich, or higher (Very Rich, Mega Rich, etc)

Planet types like Oceanic, Terran, and Icy tend to have better resources, but just because something is an Icy doesn't make it good! If it's Very Small, you won't be able to build many structures on it, which means it won't be very productive for you. Similarly, if it's an Oceanic but none of its resources are above Abundant, it's not really a prime find.

The best and rarest planets are Crystal, Gaia, Exotic, and Dyson. You will hardly ever find these unguarded. Dysons and Exotics always have huge bonuses, and if you find an empty one, snatch it up immediately!

Most of the time a planet will be best at producing a single resource, so you'll want to specialize. Load it up with one kind of production and forget the others, unless it's so productive (Mega Rich+) that it's worth splitting.

It'd be a good idea to just figure out how many resources you could get from a planet; one of my most productive planets is Tiny, but it's 8x Mega Rich so that makes up for it.

So you can be Rank 1 and find a Dyson planet. Or is there a rule?

Anyone of any rank can find any planet for the most part. A rank 1 could scan a Dyson.

it is highly unlikly to scan a dyson because if it is occupied the owner will have cloaked the hell out of it and that leaves very few dysons left and dysons are the rarest type of planet

EDIT sorry dysons are second rarest the rarest is a good eg very large very rich or better barron planet

Also, you should be really careful with your planet boosting artifacts, as it is possible to make a planet too appealing to others and thus end up losing it and the artifacts you used.
