Has anyone else noticed that the cloak does not seem to raise on your guarded planet if you have raised it higher on your ship? Is there a time delay? My cloak was 80 its now 111 but on my guarded planet is still says 80

I dunno, you may need to switch planets and then switch back for it to take effect.
