I did that offer then it did an error when registering but it still worked and i didnt get credits...

Open the offer screen.

Select "Help".

Select "See my offer status".

Choose "Report a problem".

Fill out the information. If you detail it and provide information of the problem, they will probably give you the credits. Every single time an offer failed to register and I reported it (giving detailed information in a polite manner, and the registration e-mail if they send one), I was credited.

The offers are not under Dan's (or anyone else on the GL team's) control, so posting anything about them here will get you nowhere.

you should be able to buy it, just unable to equip it until rank 80
