they have sisters legions in top 50 with bases 6 and 7 that are artifact and research

you can join the Star Fleet Federation my game name madcrazy63 only problem is my base is level one i need members if you cant join dont worry about it if you ever change your mind you can apply to The Star Fleet Federation level 10 to 200 or higher
