This is just a neighborly warning to any legions out there that FireGuy, aka: Bradley Dugdale decides to apply to.

He has been KOS'd by The Knights Who Say Ni for a number of reasons.

- Joins Ni and almost immediately starts asking for help with planets...does this very frequently. He was given a LARGE number of 15x planets to help him along while he was a member.
- Unoccupied 22x colossal irradiated planet is alerted specifically for one of our members.
- Fireguy colonizes , bricks, and fluxes planet then immediately leaves legion
- Fireguy shows up at The Dark Side
- Ni leadership warns The Dark Side of Fireguy
- Fireguy then claimed that since nobody claimed planet immediately, he felt that he could take it. - He agreed to give the planet back after being threatened with KOS and unbricked the planet.
- The planet was taken by it's proper owner.
- Fireguy was then booted from The Dark Side & joined Galaxy Desperados
- He was then caught trying to selling a 22x Colossal irradiated planet on GL Planetary exchange.
- Catches attention, planet is fluxed and GD leadership hears the story and boots Fireguy as well.

Evidence of other potential ToS infractions have been PM'd to Dan for confirmation as well.

Ni has since begun retrieving as many of the gifted planets as we can and will attack ANYONE who protects this little moron.

The Sith Lords booted him a while back for being a multi. When he was with us, he (Bradley Dugdale) was out-of-legion on a planet trade while simultaneously he sold a planet to a separate legion on a trading post saying that "[he]" would be going to that legion under a different ship name (as he has stayed Fireguy). Sure enough, Fireguy BD was in the legion he said he was going to, while the other ship he claimed was his (on the trading post) was in the different legion which he was selling a planet to.

We reported him and warned legions for a short time, but I guess there was no hard in-game proof.

When told what he was accused of and why we were booting him, he did not attempt to appeal the accusation at all. I am sorry you wasted 15x planets on his sorry ship.

Fireguy first joined The Dark Side a few months ago.

He left after a couple of weeks without saying anything, i've seen him on my bt a couple of times and asked him one time if there was a reason he left, i received no reply.

Fireguy came back to The Dark Side the other day, another one of my officers let him in, once i noticed he was back i sent out a "please explain" to my officers. Because he had been with us only a short time last time no one remembered him, but i did.

I told my people to keep an eye on him, because i had a feeling he wasn't what we look for in a Darksider........ and a couple of hours later that was confirmed when we received coms from Ni

Fireguy is banned from all of The Dark Side family of legions, on this issue we stand with NI
