rank 24 with adept/menacing rep looking for a lvl5 or 6 arty base

Unless you are slow ranking, you probably really need more of a research base believe it or not. That's your call though and if you are new to the game and figured out how important arti production is already, kudos to you.

Most level 6 bases are spoken for in terms of legions with rank standards that you just will not qualify for. Sorry but its true if you go by their information pages. The Ni folks have a new trainee legion that is recruiting all ranks under 400 as I understand it. I believe they are at least a level 5 base. In terms of finding a legion that has some upper access this is probably your best bet, at least in the short run.

Try the abyss, about 26k artifacts a day, should be a level 6 in a few months. We provide lots of ku, artifact and planet support for our lower end members. Good luck.
