Question. I here it all the time so what is it. What is NPC faming..... Well for starters what is an NPC. its the thing you fight that is not a real player right. So what is NPC farming?

That is when you kill a cheap and crappy NPC (Non Player Character) in the hopes that the one that replaces it will be a good one that drops artifacts, modules, etc or what is considered an Elite or Boss (very powerful) that can be shared with your legion.

You will also hear the term "mob" in reference to NPC. They mean the same thing here on the boards.

Killing the mobs on your battle tab, but killing lots and lots and lots of them.

Most player under rank 100 don't really ever "farm" NPC's since they can't fit their ship up well enough to take out large amounts of them. This is manly for higher ranking players so if you are just starting or something then don't attempt this as much for you will keep having to repair and letting your energy build back up. When you first start playing this game I would only really go into PVP (player vs. player) or do missions since these two would be easier for getting exp. and the missions would also give you so cash to work with.

Seriously, I've read his advice about npc's and have really improved my farming skills and I've tried to pass it on to my legion too.
