You should have a look at The Abyss, Starter legion for The Dark Side

We've got a great mix of guys over there, and a level 5 RP base, that we are planning on having at 6 very soon

No rules, no pressure, well except for the basics, dont be an azzhat, dont be a multi, dont piss off our allies, pretty simple really

Hand of Vengence should certainly qualify for your needs. We always admire strong ships, and our legion is full of them! Level 5 research base, 25k research and 10k artifact. Really helpful guys there to guide you. We are currently getting more into PvP, so this legion should definitely be considered!

join delta sufers! we have a level 6 base that dishes out 50k artifact points a day! we have a CT lab wth 8 discoveries plus were an active fun legion with members all the way up to rank 600. if you want research instead of artifacts our sublegion delta destroyers would love to have you also! they have a base in research and artifact so you get both plus we all help eachother around here to make sure lower ranks become more powerful. so what are you waiting for become part of the delta alliance today!

Delta Surfers! If you want a really friendly legion with lots of funny and awesome people you should come! Personally, when I first came to DS a few months ago, I found they were all so friendly and helpful the minute I came so yeah, it's just an awesome legion to be in!

The Terranian Armada is a good, fun, and active legion with a level five artifact pumping base. Right now we are in a dip of members and need a few good ones to jump on over here to get us back in the ship shape state we normally are. So give us a visit and if you don't like us then go on over to DS since they are the next best legion there.
