I already started an in-game issue for this but I don';t have access to the email account right now, so IDK if it's being addressed but here goes:

The Research Data Archive Planet Structure has been changed to store 2,000 research points, instead of 1,000, however my research page still shows the value it always did, instead of double the value, even though on the planets themselves the structures show a bonus of 2000 on hover-over.

This is not just a matter of I didn't count here, my bonus is still the value I knew it to be before, and it's an odd number of thousands which should not be impossible. Please fix, this is NOT Just a display bonus, I was maxed out for hours at the lower resource limit that shows on my research tab..

Please try "visiting" all of the planets that had archives prior to the change - this should fix your total.
