hey guys i have been thinking about how it would be if this game had a lottery tab i dont really know how it would work (dan will have to figure that out but i just want to know that if this is a good idea so that if it is i can make something happen so just let me know if you think it is a good idea or not and that what are some possibilities that the lottery tab would have and just stuff like that

Well, it's not a bad idea. Maybe it could be a way to "win" Galaxy Points?
Other FB games have implemented a lottery where players accrue one play per day and the rewards are game "artifacts" or virtual currency. Of course, they are not regulated by any gaming agency like real lotteries, so no one will actually ever win the jackpot.

There already is a lottery tab, it's called the daily reward.

No, nothing but credits and every now and then research points or a tri-matrix emblem. In 132 levels and playing almost every day, I have never seen Galaxy Points in the Daily Reward.

then keep playing. my coleader got GP and hes a level 183. you only get 5 tho.

Yea, we've all "heard of" getting GP. Anyone willing to say they themselves have actually received GP on the Daily Reward.

Agreed. Maybe he should consider that 1 in 1000 sounds good to him, but for one player, that about once every 3 years.

so and energy cube or the tri aren't rare enough for you they are rare items that are very useful. never gotten GP but oh well.

I'm rank 142 and I've never seen 5 gps, but I'm perfectly happy with the way the daily reward system is. I get cubes and matrixes enough and ocassionally the rank points. Only thing i'd realy like to see is mabye some more research points awarded when they're drawn but meh.

going back to the main topic there actually is a lottery you click redeem points then you 'spin the galaxy wheel which has a chance to get galaxy points'

And as for the Lottery:
I think the Daily reward could give you 1 "lottery token" that can be spent on a lottery. The more tokens you use on any given roll the higher the rewards can be.
For example, 1 token give you the chance at:
5 GP, credits, energy cubes, and research
2 tokens spent can give you any of the above also the chance of:
10 GP, artifact points, and tri-matrix emblems
And it could go all the way up to 10 tokens at a time, with high bonuses like:
Quasi-spacial expanders, planet fluxes, 100 GP, paradox generators, and Wishing Star*

It should also be possible for missions and/or NPCs to grant lottery tokens.


*New artifact only found in lottery (not even in GP!) that grants a choice of any 1 artifact in the entire game.

Ive been playing for awhile now, im rank 326, and i have gotten 5GP from daily rewards 3 or 4 times since playing.

Yeah, I'm rank 268, been playing since March, and I've never seen the 5 GP either; but I'm very happy with energy fillers, very useful.

honestly, it would be like a second daily reward. i'm fine with the daily reward as it is, except ffor the extra research awarded like sk had stated.

i guess i am lucky i got GP back around level 60
