Mostly looking for a level 6 base with maxed Research production. Currently in a decent level 5 base. Arti production is a bonus and preferred, but not necessary.

Omega Legion is the training and sister legion of Alpha Legion and Omicron Legion. Omega has a level 5 research base that is always going to be 100% even distributed. Omega is a great place for new players who want to join a strong system and for veteran players looking for a laid back enviornment.

Half the people that day didnt log in that sounds bout right to get that much rp from a lv 5 base who knows what they would get at lv 7...

8%? That's like, 12 people logged in. In a legion of 25 that's a serious concern.

EDIT: 4% is a more likely figure for your legion size, so half that. 25k sounds alot more reasonable.

DFA would be a good fit for you and when you get bigger and want to move about to more sizable legions then all of the SA legions will be open to you. Level really doesn't matter just activity and a willingness to help and play the game well. you'll benifit in which ever SA legion you join and get help from some of the best and most competitive players in GL. its not impossible Omicron Legion gets about 20k a day and thats without the +75s. just takes a ton of Vygoids and Zolazins.
