Ghost Bandits: Now a lvl 3 base

 I'm back on the forums now! I've always wanted to start a legion in GL and I decided to do it today. I'm not gonna abandon it and see to it that it grows. But anyways the legion name is Ghost Bandits. It's soon to be a lvl 3 legion based on arti production. Come join if you want and help it grow. No flame please.

About 29k energy and (still) 3.9k ctp away from becoming level 4

Without sounding like a total asshat, you probably should have gotten the CTP together for the level 4 base before you started. Personally, I burnt a bunch of refills too, as did Bluecifer to get our base to level 4 asap.
Anyway, good luck! I'm on the same road, only with a slight head start. Perhaps you could ask your old legion for some help with the CTP and energy?
