So, I recently found out that Dan added a Lazuli medal quest. AFAIK that leaves Drannik and Xecti as the only unlockable races without specific medal quests. Has anyone seen any for them? I know that race-specific quests don't become visible until the race is unlocked, and I don't have Drannik or Xecti yet.

Do you mean "Our Former Oppressors"? That was always there. Nope, nothing has been added for Drannik or Xecti.

I think he meant Ship Design / Ship Module / Planetary Enhancement / Npc Debuff medal quest. Ship designs like the Avenger, Nephthys, Xiphos, or other unlockable skills like the Genetarr, Mylarai (planet enhancement) or Kronyn defence module.

If he means that, then there is "The Derelict" for the Xecti saga. I assumed he meant Medals for actually being that race, but that was a leap.

I also believe that is what he means, but races like Lazuli and Xecti do not have special abilities that can be counted toward a medal.

Xecti(S) do have a racial: the governor gives extra random planetary effects... so i thought there would be one like this:
30 medal points
While a member of the xecti race, acquire 300 planetary effect (random or perm).
unlocks planet ability: xecti occurrence -- 25 energy to use-- creates random effect on planet.

governor isnt racial its a profession

so is the sab and that is what the zolazin's medal is based off of. And the gov ups the random effects, so I would think the racial would be the planet effects because they came out the same time as the xecti.

The requirement is a bit high. It takes (at best) 8 1/3 days to complete the zolazin mission, though more likely more, or 30 days for the Mylarai/Kronyn/Taltherian mission. You're talking 300+ days there... perhaps 30 random effects.

Genetarr have two medals, one of which has nothing to do with their ability. Neither does the Lazuli medal. No reason for Drannik and Xecti to be overlooked.
