Dear GL players, and mainly leaders.
I am currently the leader, and the builder of a legion called Space.
Space has been active for over a year, and had been moving nearly no where.
Dont get me wrong, the base has its trade pacts. (artifact base)
Its a lv 4 with only 320k E to lv 5, and for a lv 4 its very tanky!
But alas.....
Space lax members, i have tried recruiting, and all sort of things.
The base needs members. Members and maybe some back up for when bigger legions pick on us.
I will be starting to look for a mother for Space.
Let me just say right now, as a mother legion you arent taking the legion, and we arent merging with you.
I will open a leader spot, and 3 officers for the mother legion to move ppl in.
I am looking for a warm mother, who wants to help not boss around.
I reserve the right to pick anyone, for any reason.

A agree with Sparky. With only 7 members it would be wise to simply move everyone to a new and better legion.

If i wanted to leave the legion i build, i would have done it.

I would suggest give your lower rank players some kind of reward or contest for recruiting players who stay for at least 2-3 weeks. It is hard to recruit anyone down. More likely you need to get newer players, and just work on team loyalty.
