Some NPC should be made to increase artifact abundance, like with the Toxic Purifier and Planetary Data Optimizer. It could be the same, Uncommon NPC and either increase artifact abundance by two on a specific type of planet (like the Toxic Purifier) or by one on any planet (like the Planetary Data Optimizer). Just thought it would be cool for some symmetry.

i like the idea. i thought there was already something like this, but at a really high level. but if there isnt then i would say this definitly needs to be implemented.

I don't think so, I haven't seen it on the Wiki at least, besides the Scruuge ships which won't be here forever. It's not a big deal, but it would be cool, I've increased the mining on one of my toxic planets a lot and the research on a gas planet a lot, but not any of my artifact planets, and artifact points are the ones people are less likely to be getting more than they can store.

yeah, definitly. i can max out my mining in a day, but i have yet to get half way done with my artifact bay.

Ya there is nothing for artifacts like that. I would love to see something like this as well because I have so many of my mining/research worlds all ready maxed out and only one artifact. The more the better.
