Base modules

 Can some one tell me if base credits or player credits are used to buy base modules? I know when you sell a base module it credits the base funds. I just tried to buy rift shields for base and it wanted to use personal credits and then when rebuilt old shields it charged personal credits (I dont have the personal credits for rift shields)

i think it depends on what base research you've done

If you purchase and install a Commerce Bay, you can withdraw funds to build base modules.
