heavy on pvp/npc.

You could give us a try at Alpha Legion. Strong lvl 6 artifact base with all CT lab discoveries. Plus lots of npcs and strong ships to give you advice or back you up, and a number of sabs to help with planets.

Come check out Centurions. we are artifact base level 5 working to level 6. we area a really great legion. Everyone is active. We have boss/elite npc. We accept any play style. see the link in my signature for more information. we have the Ct lab that listed in the link.

can't go wrong there as you have 2 other legions backing you up. folly and the other members are pretty helpful as well. i remember when i first joined folly gave me some pretty good advice on PVP, the others gave me a pretty nice welcome a good place to go if you want to make friends, hang out, and have fun.

thats the killer for me. probably alot of others too.

Join the Terranian Armada, we have many players your rank and higher willing to take on any elite with gusto so that takes care of your npcing. Pvp is a big part of this legion, but we do maintain that despite giving specific advice to low rankers to pvp early they can play any way they want to. We give out 22k+ artefact a day and haven't been disabled in months despite multiple locks, top ten legion have even decided not to try and take down our base. Our only strict rules are that you maintain the base rules which are simple to follow. We have a base locked almost 24/7 so many, many silvers. We share out planets and artefacts among our legion-mates at no cost as well as having a legion trader for excess artefacts. We are proudly avery active legion with many friendly and easy to get on with players.

Aye most legions close to full don't really like seeing this, so this being the case I'll second the recommendation for the Terranian Armada

I know Stargate Operations would like you for a while. They're very friendly and always helpful. And I can't think of anyone who needs or deserves members more.

The rangers, lvl 7 artifact base, we have room, but temp guys won't get much out of us, our sister legion Dont Mess With Texas has a lvl 5 almost lvl 6 research base
