First off, im curious why a person with a halc aura and a calming amp on can be attacked while guarding a world, was this ever explained? and second, the report this app button will not let me report this app

To answer question #1... Suppose someone has an immune planet and has a truce artifact active. If you could not attack that player while they are guarding, the planet would be invincible since you cannot invade while there is an active guard and you would not be able to warp them due to the immunity.

you can attack bases with calming amps on, i guess im not seeing the difference, also another member was disabled past 0 disables, i think that falls under the same area, i've never seen something like it before, so i guess i never been in the position to find out, i was just curious if its always been like that, or if it was a hidden change that wasnt announced

it has been like that for awhile. im not positive but i think it used to be like that but if so it was changed awhile back. it has been known that it works like that and its fair that it does.

also same with the disables. if you are guarding a planet you can be disabled no matter what your action count is.

Yup has been like that for a while, best thing really, means people can't c**k block their planets.
Lots of people seem to have reporting problems, I'm sure you can dig up on of the threads.
