so I have been working on this for a long time, seems I have stopped moving at 238337800 / 300000000 . I can only do Research Contract Dose Research contract not count for this medal . I have been stuck to 238337800 for some time. I also have seen that it does not seem to be counting for the leader bord as well. I have been falling off it for some time. Why with there nothing left for me to use my RP on am I unable to progress in this medal and on the leader bord ?

I saw Mento post a while back that he was considering going to a legion with a new CT lab and attempting there until he finished the remaining RP for the medal. To the best of my knowledge the contract doesn't count, so the only way to progress is to work on another legion's lab, or wait for new tech to be added.

I STRONGLY suspect you are right. Rather then rant yell and go after Dan like I normally would .. I will just say , I'm not surprised. Not at all things like this are in this game.

Donate or Sell your RP for CT lab like what Mento did. Outcast is trying to max every CT Lab for his sub-legions.

Dumbest thing to ever have to do . Leave your home legion for weeks when i have a place to sick my RP. Dan just will not let it count.

All he has to do is let Research Contract count for it , then it will be fixed for every one.

Yes, the medals have added some weirdness on Dan's part.

Dan's left hand says: "Be loyal to your legion. If you leave, you have to wait a day before you can get base resources or be counted towards protection, a week before you can use CT-Lab or do base battles or share an enemy planet".

Dan's right hand says: "Don't be loyal to your legion. Leave your legion to do "In Your Infinite Wisdom" and "The Lone Conqueror" medals".

Note that "The Lone Conqueror" requires a minimum of 25 days of being unloyal. I'd suggest making sure you have 25 planets and doing them one right after the other, ever 24 hours to minimize your away time.

I think the point of the medals were to be hard and conflicting sot that they took longer.

Dan made a game for people to play in there legion and he want LEGIONS to work together , then he makes a medal that will make people leave there legion in order to get it????

Out of every thing he is done, Loyalty being the biggest he want groups to be groups legions to stay together and work together .

This medal is the opposite to that. splitting legions. Makes me wonder if he is Bipolar as many things in GL seem to be opposite of each other. this medal id you want to go for it only brakes up legions, I have also for the most part solo'ed a theory lab did all the tech needed and done a lot of work in others. To get tis medal you will need to SOLO about 2 FULL labs. taking you out of a legion for weeks. This medal is a divider and nothing more then a disgrace rift put in to the game . Its like Dan wanted to now encourage people to leave there legions after all his lil addons to stop that?? Secondly theres is to few labs out there for every one up solo . This medal was a , FAIL!

if the medal were easy to get there wouldn't be a point to it. another example of conflicting purposes is the hack / raid medals, and then the one that rewards NOT hacking / raiding for 30 days. obviously getting either one alone is easy depending on playstyle, but getting both is more challenging. same could be said about collecting as each of the different races.

as epic already indicated, the opposing medals were obviously by Dan's design (praise be to him). if you don't want to pay the asking price to get the medal, then that's your choice, but there is nothing wrong with the design of the medal system.

Remember, when the game was first made, long before I was around, there were no such things as legions or bases, or CTLabs. I guess things have changed.

If you want to work on this medal, I have a nice Level 5 that is going to be level 6 within the next few months. I figure, that if you wanted to do it, you could install +110's on our base, too. Costs would be covered by us, obviously.

As for making research contracts count... Hmm, I think that was added so Research Points would give something in return to the player, as they phase it out after completing their Technology Tree.

At some point i will step out of CRA for this , I will farm a rank 6 base use over 300 Sha'din Data Terminal use the Science Summit Contract about 50+ to get like 60k RP per hour and pop over 1k data disk, Get my 23million done in 1 shot on a theory lab with no lab tech done. bethere no more then 10 days .
