Is it possible to uninstall all your modules before you upkeep is due to lower the maintenance cost?

When you uninstall your modules to the points it's broken, you can use a quantum crucible, that way you skip pretty 20 days worth of upkeep.

worth the hassle? no?

No, because you still pay upkeep on uninstalled modules. Only when they are completely broken and need repaired do you not pay upkeep.

Since it costs me 3.6B every time I have to repair my relays from leveling, I can attest to this (at 2.1b upkeep).

if your skipping TWENTY days and still cant afford to repair your modules, then you just simply cant afford them in the first place. downgrade and work within your means.

I wouldnt waste that artifact on something so trivial as wanting to bypass upkeep.

Yup not worth the hassle, if you can't pay your upkeep, downgrade, if you can why do you need to bypass it?
