Energy with Relays, cloak with dark pyramid

I have finally reached the point where it is no longer essential to add decks, i have been presented a variety of options at the moment

Should i :

1. Mass Recruit Tactical Officers?

2. Mass Recruit Engineers?

3. Add decks and make room for 5x Obviation Barriers, cloaking and scanning?

I enjoy pvp and NPC fighting, i do missions when i'm more busy.

My Planet productions:

1482 Mining per hr
5417 Artifact per hr
4053 Research per hr

Before everyone tells me to increase my mining, i would like to further increase my artifact production, the majority of my income has come from selling artifacts and materials through the GTC. I feel mining has rather become an inefficient method of accumulating wealth.

I go 50/50 on TOs/Engineers myself.

Double your mining. 1.4k mining isn't a lot. At all (even with trading, it's better to not have to rely on it).

I pour all my rank points into engineers until I have 11 times my rank in energy. Then, all points from ranking into engineers, and points from prisoners into TO's.

Personally I think your mining is fine. Maybe 2k would be safer but you have a good stock of credits. If you want to autorank, add engineers. Otherwise, get at least 1k officers asap. Continue to add artifacts, it's a good choice. Don't add any more decks, you'll get plenty of bots with that AP. Personally, I put rank-up points into engineers and prisoners into officers, but I'm not aiming for autorank anytime soon...

Big no to # 3 there. you're done adding decks other than with ship bots. all ranks points from here on out should be into tac officers or engineers.

which depends on how fast you want to rank and how often/long you are on.

I actually got plans to get Heavy Thetacrons, Exo inverters and sync plating. I'm currently researching Fermionic Hull.

My research plan is this :

Fermionic Hull > Hyperflux Sensors (+scan run) > Intra-D Colliders + Relay > CT Lab > Obviation Barriers > Thetacrons > Exo Inversion > Sync Hull > Supernovas + Relay > Continuum Analyzers > lvl 12s (upgrading only artifact buildings only) > Finish! Nothing left worth researching.
