i propose we slightly modify some of the races to be more efficient. Konqul get their attack bonus to battles AND planetary invasions. I think the Aerlens should get their defensive bonus to their planets, the Inergons should get a +10% energy recharge rate, and the Sillix should get the +10% space bonus to their planets.

I support this to a large extent. We've had some discussion on this before. Some might be too powerful, like inergons getting 10% bonus to energy recharge as well as their enrgy. But many I think can be accomodated, such as the defensive bonus to planets from Aerlene. Weather SIllix getting the 10% bonus to planets structures is OP would be something Dan would have to decide. Figure for a colossal planet that's an extra 7 or 8 structure points. Smaller planets obviously would be less, or basically it would be an extra satellites structure for massive or larger planets. Over all I think it could be doable though.
