Hey I am currently in a legion and am looking at what other options there are there.
I am looking for an artifact or Research base. preferably a 5 or higher.
I mainly do missions, NPCing, and sabing.
Not a big PvP fighter.
Although i havent gotten my research high enough to give to a lv 5 base, i can give credits.
I will be working on the bases as soon as i finish my +12s
