Please allow me to suggest Mooii (Masters of Orion II). They have a strong level 4 base, on its way to level 5. They are Empire X's "training" legion. Good people over there, I spent a week there recently, and had fun. It is a little quiet at times, but that is only because they are still a small legion. Give them a try, I am sure they would love to have you!

Depending on what kind of people you prefer you are welcome to stop by either of our sister legions. Omega Legion is a lvl 5 research base, and Omicron Legion is a lvl 4 research base. If you don't like your stay at one, the other would be glad to have ya. Feel free to PM me if you need any more info.

You can come by either Delta Surfers, Delta V2, or Delta Destroyers.
DD has more people in your rank range but DS and V2 have more base output.

If you haven't yet made a choice, consider joining SCION or SCION Havoc Corps. As a rule, we don't except ships lower than the rank of our lowest ranked member but an exception can be made if you're considering joining as a sab ONLY.

We have a LEVEL 6 base; heavy on Artifact production with some research. If Research Points are what you seek, SCION HC has a LEVEL 5 base that focuses on research. Either way, you cannot go wrong.
