CoI is looking for a legion with experience with level 5 bases, we love enumeration crystals and continuum parsers just as much as everyone else, so we're looking for a strong legion or battle group to join with us in smashing a few extra base. Not to mention the back up from a top 10 legion to drop some of the stronger bases.
