Hehe the unfortunate typical move for a new low ranking player is to get high ranking players to fight their battles, thats how wars happen, i have seen that time and time again, although i wish to stay on this positive auction thread, Remniscient I would encourage you to NOT be like most new players who start this game, dont hide behind bigger players, get tough and stand up for yourself, and if your small right now, go through that process, its humbling yes but all of us have had to do it, as far as getting Namalak on me, lol well we already had a fight and Ill leave it be on who won, but we are friends now and he is a great guy, and BTW,,, the reason we had a fight in the first place is because a smaller ship ran their mouth ,,, so we decided to not allow that to happen anymore.

so far out of the pms and bids here, this is the highest bid so far, I usually dont do that but because of all the diffrent bids I think this is needed to get others on the same bidding page.

Again all my auctions have been very fair and successful, No one has to worry about me taking a planet like what was mentioned. I have played this game for almost 2 years now (im getting that 2 year medal in 3 weeks, woohoo!!! :p)

Im checking in with the auction and how its going, great to see the offers, I dont know where everyone is in the world but in the states its memorial day weekend, so i think what im gona do is let this go for more bids untill tuesday, the day after memorial day, I will look at all the bids, allow a little time for final bids and then let everyone know who gets them.

Wel the good part about that is I let it go to see any other bids and well, this one actually was really simple as the very last bid that was given was the best and highest bid out of all and thats how an auction should go. So why did you PM me asking for my legion, and why didn't you reply to my other PM too?

You sent me a PM asking for my legion, 19 minutes after your post about extending into wednesday. I sent you information via PM, which you read, i get no reply. I see Dismas has made a bid in the interim. But i wait to get a reply from you, before making another bid.

I PM you again 1 day later. You opened it and i presume read it, asking you to let me know the state of the auction, still no reply. Come on here 1 day later and again still no reply, and find that you've closed the auction without even responding to my PM's even once.

So why even bother pm'ing me asking for my legion, if your not going to respond or tell me what was going on? Nice way to run an auction.

Oh and incase you do ask why i didn't just bid again. Well because i got a PM from you asking for my legion, hence the long winded reply you got and read, and the follow up PM asking what was going on. Wasn't about to increase my bid yet again, without first knowing what the state of the auction was.

But, whatever, i wash my hands of this thread.

I know that this post will come across as sour, which i guess i kinda am in a way, but i figure i've got very good reason to be. You don't PM a person asking for their legion, and then spend the next 3 days not replying even once to 2 PM's that get sent your way. Thats just a poor way to run any kind of auction or sale, and hopefully, others will learn from reading the above about how not to handle an auction/sale.

this is NOT how it went at all, i start trying to contact the highest bids... as i always do,,, Dismas was the highest bid, and i went with him, yes i pmed you and asked what legion ur in, so i dont know the big deal on that, I run these fair as i always do, i understand if you didnt win the bid and are a little upset, but i always run these fair.... good luck on the next ones

The big deal was you contacted me asking for my legion, and then for 3 you ignored both of the PM's i sent which asked you questions, this left me completely in the dark as to what was happening with the auction.

Kirk, ur ASSUMING , i did not ignore you, i pmd you and asked you what legion u were with, thats it,,,i did not mislead u in any way, i got a hold of dismas and he accpeted, thats it. he was the highest bid, this was fair, and i always play this fair, in 2 years i have played this game i have ALWAYS been fair . So again sorry u didnt win, but im not gona turn this into a he said she said hate thread. Auction is over. again goodluck with the next ones.
