For free, i used everything i had to make it lvl4.
Need 2 null turrets!
need Theory lab!
I have neutronium base plating.
I have 1 rift grid, my defence is good have trans tempral arrays!
I have AI Logistics for resaerch and arti modules!

When you have something to offer, I have all of the level 4 stuff. I would also want the required materials for the CTL to be met.

I don't suppose you have anything in the way of AP planets, do you?

Just want to point something out here... To use a CT Lab you need to have the research done for it. So.... If you can use it, you can build it. No need for someone else to come in and do that. And if they do build one for you, it sounds like no one can use it, so wasted materials to build and wasted credits on upkeep.

TBH im going to analyse their legion, chat with the leadership and develop a best practice plan for them.
i will try to tailor make their upgrades to their future needs.

Ill install a ct-lab as i think it will provide a massive incentive for base research.

Yep, that is how our base is set up, mostly research with a touch of arti production. I welcome any advice veteran players share with us that will better our Legion and put us on the Galaxy map!
