Easy choice. WDE is now halfway up the leaderboards pulling 50k Artifact per shipment and currently 53 members strong. Very active, bases and NPCs up all the time.

+1 for WDE. I just joined under 3 weeks ago, and all they have done is treated me great. Tons of NPCs, donation-optional, generally we try for 3+ bases per day (and specific base-fighting rules to maximize badges for everyone). Trust me, if you join, you won't regret it
