As the title asks, when will the T.O. Harmonic chargers be worth using?
And for what?

Defensively(PvP) speaking, they are pretty much completely useless except in the rare case where ur trap stopped one guy and soon but not too soon after (30-60 min being the gravy zone) another one starts cracking at you.

And NPC wise, atm if I use the space for even my styll transponder (which is generally uninstalled btw) it would make me tougher than using 4 Gigas.

So when will they be really useful? and for doing what?

the shield charge things? well if you have max shield charge(using the terapulsers and such) with a huge shield(50K+) they become quite useful when combined with a large defense(30K+) as you'd be gaining 2% shields every 59 seconds, or 1K shields every minute but only take say 800 damage per minute

otherwise they're only good if you fight things REALLY slowly

so pretty much not for ages....

I mean, when will u ever wanna fight slow?
Ok... maybe when getting yellow badges but there is hardly a need of any sort...

well if I were to change to Aelen Physicist right now I'd only need 1000 xcharge cells and 2100 helmsman to get to those stats using standard buffs, that's a lot on stuff to get, but it's perfectly possible


but I'd only have shields like that if I wanted to use shield restorers instead of nanos and wanted the physicist buff for my legion, otherwise there's not much of a point

If you are on for extended periods of time you can npc without damaging your hull.

Well, when I was Physicist I was recharging over 7k shields per hour...it certainly helped alot during base battles and npcs.
