Symbiont Test Lab I just found cannot be extracted, also Trellith relay (1 RP / 1 AP) also is another new building that cannot. They need their attribute adjusted.

I don't know about the Symbiot Test Lab, but Dan specifically said that the Trellith Comm Relay is intended to be non-extractable.

I added that note to the wiki for Trellith Relay. I'm thinking it may be because it's an upgraded from a mission and thus a "personal" building. It might be better if when extractor is used these buildings do not show "recover" option (prevents some confusion).

I think I'm going out on a limb here but it might be because of the nature of the mission. The trellith need those relays and labs to stay in phase with the galaxy... I think.
