 I dont have the ability to send PMs; I'm i missing something?

You can find the PM option in the list of options underneath each person's post.

I was logged in, as I am right now, still no PM button. In my 'User Control Panel' I can click on compose for a PM, but there is nothing I can do to create a message. Nor can I reply to anyone who has sent me a PM.
