in my opinion your attack and defense high thats good you need more hull and yes research energy and i would recommend konqul fixer or aerlen fixer from change i know upkeep will be double but fixer gives 30% extra hull and i think you need more hull
Also take in more mining and arti planets

Actually, his mining should be enough to support his (un-builder) upkeep at that rank, or at least if my experience with mining's increases in payout with ranks applies to most/all ranks, it should. I get ~300-330m Cr/day from 881 MP/h at rank 101, so he could probably be getting about 450-500M Cr, if I had to guess.

Get your mining up, and lose Sillix Builder. NPCing and slow-ranking don't mix. Change to Konqul Fixer/Excavator or Arlan Fixer, and PvP until you get all four MkIV Doms.

I get around 500 mil Cr/day, and i have 40 unused deck space since i was trying to save decks to switch from sillixx, altough i could add another hull module

No save the deck for the switch, since u will want to do some serious pvp to get the dom mk3's switch to konqul fixer. And if u have any researched scan and cloak mods take them off and use the extra deck for your hull. Also stop putting up research for a while let your arti and mining catch up. Other than that your good.
