I am about ready and willing to admit defeat unfortunately. My legion is struggling to grow in numbers, and not upgrading to a level 4 base as quickly as I'd hoped it would.
I personally have a pretty good knowledge of the game, but not the ability to draw a legion together the way I wanted.
We are looking for a place to join that will accept us in, and is active in base combat and npc'ing.
We have 5 members of which 4 are active at the moment.

Mandalorians are awaiting your arrival. Docking stations are open and prepared for you. Currently at a level 4 base (60k energy to level 5). Focus on RP and AP and equal shares of all base production. CT Lab is in place with a few discoveries. Hope to see you there.

Justice Legion are about two weeks old, already they are near a level 5 base and they have 3 ct lab discoveries. I have never seen a legion alert so many free planets for all members and there's loads of great advice to be had off various members, also gifts are given regularly to those in need.

our base recently leveled to 6 , and i am on the way to researching the +110 modules
our ctlab only lacks the isolation bureau and velox thrusters, and we have the shipments of high amounts of research set to % until these goals are achieved since 2 members have contributed 25% or better, this won't be long. we also have established alliances with a dozen other legions and facebook chat groups
