O.K. So lets have fun...
take your 3 productions,(mining+artifact+research) and then divide by the number by number of planets, (its on your ship status)
so ill start... Due to the fact that many people consider numbers to be very personal we will leave the exact numbers out.
(mining+artifact+ research-scientists)/23 = 118.304348
My average planet gives me about 118 production per planet (rank89)...
Lets see who's got the highest!

That's referred to as PQI. Planet Quality Index. One thing you need to do though to have an accurate gauge of your planets is subtract your Scientist total before dividing. (M+A+R-S)/P=PQI.

Fast ranking level 369 with 968 scientists
22k+/82 = 266.0723 (taking out scientists gives me 254.4097)

that is the same for all of us unless you divide by a really even number then the sequence will go to 0 before a repeating sequence appears

I've discounted my scientists and 10% of my arti production.

fractions(divide by whole number) will always yield repeating decimals except in the case where the answer is nice and round
and if one of the two calculation have a repeating decimal it means it was not divide by 2 or 5
therefore there is a high chance of repeating decimal
in this case(28) 6/7 chance of being repeating decimal

my comma isn't woring nor the i or the one between i and comma so my sentense might seem a bit weired
