making plasma planet, need supplies

need 50 quantum flares, 50 ion storm charges, and 50 processing core chassis. paying in kurenite, 5 kurenite per artifact. (250 ku for one set of artifacts) total price: 750 million credits (750 ku)

It's not too hard, you just have to be patient and let those items build up over time. It really helps if you are in a legion where the base produces artifact points for you.
